Stephen Polauf represents employers in employment law litigation. Stephen’s practice focuses on defending against claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wage and hour disputes. Stephen also has experience revising and updating employer handbooks to comply with evolving state employment laws and federal NLRB rules and regulations.

Before joining Zangari Cohn, Stephen practiced labor and employment law in Hartford with the branch office of a national labor and employment boutique. After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, Stephen relocated to Danbury, Connecticut. Prior to law school, Stephen spent several years in government as a congressional aide and then as an analyst for a municipal regulatory agency in New York City.
