Liz Ditman represents employers in employment law and litigation including wage and hour, breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, and sexual harassment matters.

Prior to Zangari Cohn Cuthbertson Duhl and Grello, Liz was In-House Counsel for a labor union for which she represented private and public sector employees with respect to labor and employment law matters.  She has a wealth of experience in collective bargaining, grievance and interest arbitration, wage and hour, municipal prohibited practice/unfair labor practice proceedings, discrimination claims, employee discipline and workers’ compensation.

Liz has also successfully represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board, Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations, Connecticut State Board of Mediation and Arbitration, Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Review Board, Connecticut Unemployment Board of Review and Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.
