Successful Succession Planning for Family-Owned Businesses
On March 26, 2019 Zangari Cohn attorney Ben Michaelson will be presenting a seminar for the Connecticut Bar Association. This seminar will focus on the role that proper planning plays to ensure that both the family business and its family members individually can continue functioning after a major family event (such as a death, disability, transfer to the next generation, etc.). Attorney Michaelson will be joining a panel of family business professionals and will focus his presentation on the use of a Succession Plan and other important company agreements to implement the family’s succession plan.
