Robert Blythe represents clients in all areas of real estate transactions, acquisitions and sales of businesses and corporate matters, including purchase, sale and financing of real estate, leasing, as well as land use and environmental matters. He specializes in common interest community issues and borrower representation in both conduit loan transactions and government assisted financing transactions. He  represents lending institutions in both real estate and asset based lending.  He also has significant experience in the purchase and sale of automobile dealerships.

Bob has served as the Chairman of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Agency of the Town of Woodbridge since 1993, is a Special Master for the Connecticut Superior Court Judicial District of New Haven (for real estate tax appeals), served on the Advisory committee for the revision of the Common Interest Ownership Act in Connecticut and is the former President of the Board of Directors and currently continues to serve on the Advisory Board of Shakesperience Productions, Inc. a nonprofit educational theater company that provides theatrical productions and educational workshops to school children throughout Connecticut and adjacent states.
