Attorney Profiles

Mr. DiAdamo concentrates his practice on corporate transactions and taxation, formation, acquisition and dissolution of businesses, and estate planning and trust law.

Mr. DiAdamo was an associate editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal and is the author of "In re Cooper, Washington's Revised Prudent Investor Rule". He was the recipient of the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award of the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1998 and 1999. He was the recipient of an academic scholarship at Quinnipiac University School of Law.

Mr. DiAdamo is a member of the New Haven County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Bar Association's Sections of Estates and Probate and Business Law.

Mr. DiAdamo is admitted to bars in Connecticut, 1998, and the District of Columbia, 1999.
