Attorney Michaelson concentrates his practice on the legal needs of small and medium privately held businesses and personal wealth and succession planning for their owners. After viewing first hand the experiences and demands of a family business, he attended business school at Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I. While attending Bryant he studied family business management under Dr. William T O'Hara, President Emeritus of Bryant College and founder of the Institute for Family Enterprise. Prior to attending law school Attorney Michaelson was a business consultant with NetSetGo, Inc. in Worcester, MA. In this capacity he advised small and medium business owners on how to effectively leverage new technologies to solve their real world business problems. These business experiences cultivated a practical, solution based approach that Attorney Michaelson brings to each matter that comes to his attention.
